These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and the developer of Girlfriend Mod for Minecraft (“we”, “us”) governing your use of Girlfriend Mod for Minecraft (the “App”). By installing or using the App you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, or use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
2. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Android devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the App for anything unlawful, or to infringe others' rights;
- Do not interfere with, overload, probe, or disrupt the App, its servers, or its security or rate-limiting measures;
- Do not use automated means to scrape or bulk-download content;
- Do not commit ad fraud (e.g. automated or incentivised fake ad clicks/impressions);
- Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content in problem reports.
4. Third-Party Mods, Minecraft & No Affiliation
Mods are community-style add-on content for Minecraft: Bedrock Edition. We do our best to test content, but Mods are provided as-is: they may not work on every device or game version, may stop working after game updates, and may affect game performance or saves. Back up your worlds before importing any Mod.
The App is NOT an official Minecraft product and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed, or approved by Mojang AB or Microsoft Corporation. “Minecraft” is a trademark of Mojang AB. You must own a legitimate copy of Minecraft to use Mods; the App does not include or unlock the game itself.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, and its curated catalogue are owned by the developer of Girlfriend Mod for Minecraft or its licensors. Mod content may be subject to third-party rights. If you believe content available in the App infringes your copyright or other rights, e-mail zalak.upgrade@gmail.com with (a) identification of the work, (b) the material you believe infringes it and where it appears in the App, (c) your contact details, and (d) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised. We review such notices promptly and remove content where appropriate.
6. Advertising & Purchases
The App is funded by advertising (Google AdMob), including optional rewarded ads that unlock content or temporary ad-free time. Any in-app purchase (such as “Remove Ads”) is processed by Google Play under Google's payment terms; prices are shown before purchase and, except where required by law or by Google Play's refund policy, purchases are final. Temporary ad-free periods earned by watching rewarded ads are a courtesy feature and have no monetary value.
7. Disclaimers
The App and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with your device or game version. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the App or any content at any time without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Girlfriend Mod for Minecraft and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of data, game worlds or saves, devices, profits, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or the minimum amount permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer of Girlfriend Mod for Minecraft from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the App.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access (including via technical measures such as rate-limiting) if you breach these Terms. Sections 4-9 and 11-13 survive termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms; the Effective date above shows the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
